Our entire ethos is designed to ensure that we offer and deliver the highest quality, patient-centred care you deserve. We offer all forms of dental care, from regular check-ups and cleaning to designing and creating a whole new beautiful smile.
Our practice combines the latest dental equipment and techniques whilst maintaining values of courtesy, customer service and trust. The practice has been on its current site at 222, Swords Road, Whitehall, Dublin 9 since the 1950s, the Molloy involvement starting in 1970 with Dr. Thomas Molloy followed by the present owners Drs. Conor and Robert Molloy in 1995.
Conor and Robert Molloy embarked upon a major refurbishment of the practice to transform it into the state of the art facility that you see today.

NEW — AIR POLISHING & STAIN REMOVAL
Stubborn stains? Meet your new favourite hygiene treatment.
Our new Air Polishing treatment uses a gentle stream of air, water and fine powder to effectively remove biofilm and stubborn surface staining.
Particularly effective for staining associated with coffee, tea, red wine and smoking, it can clean areas that may be difficult to reach with traditional polishing alone.
The result? Exceptionally smooth, fresh and clean-feeling teeth, with a brighter appearance where surface staining has been removed.
Perfect for: Coffee & tea staining • Smoking stains • Stubborn surface staining • Anyone wanting an enhanced professional clean

At Molloy Dental we know that your smile is a big part of the first impression you make on the people around you, so like you, we want that smile to be bright, white and healthy.
Research tells us that 99% of adults believe that a smile is important for all social situations. These are part of the reasons that our patients are choosing cosmetic dental procedures to improve their smiles and boost their self-confidence.
Dental implants are surgical-grade root devices that act to replace missing teeth permanently. When understanding dental implants, a good comparison is to your natural teeth.
Natural teeth have two parts, above and below the gum line, the root of the tooth buried below the gum line, and the white enamel that is visible above it.
At Molloy Dental all our Dentists have undergone specific training at post-graduate level for the Inman Aligner, Six Months Smiles, clear braces and alternative cosmetic orthodontics.
We were one of the first clinics in Ireland to treat patients with the Inman Aligner and six month smiles, and therefore have treated hundreds and hundreds of patients with these appliances.
Bite Splints, occlusal appliances, splints or night guards are used for the treatment of acute or chronic conditions where patients are clenching or grinding their teeth.
Other names for these problems are temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome, parafunction or bruxism.
Sleep better. Breathe better. Feel better.
Sleep apnoea is a condition where breathing repeatedly stops or becomes restricted during sleep, which can affect sleep quality and overall health.
At Molloy Dental, we can provide custom-made oral appliances for suitable patients. These comfortable devices are worn during sleep and gently position the lower jaw forward to help keep the airway open and improve airflow.
Oral appliance therapy may help with:
• Snoring
• Mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnoea in appropriate patients
• Poor-quality or disrupted sleep
• Patients who cannot tolerate CPAP, where clinically appropriate
Every patient requires individual assessment to determine whether an oral appliance is suitable.
